Foundation Program
How does the Foundation Program work?
We audit each practice before offering a spot, Google presence, review velocity, website and booking flow, and the local competitive gap. If we're confident we can deliver, we offer a place. Month 1 is free: full audit, technical foundation, Google Ads setup, and we set your monthly growth target (agreed with you from your current lead volume and growth potential). From month 2 it's $2,500/month + GST. Here's the guarantee: from month 3, any month your qualified new-patient enquiries don't hit that target, you don't pay, we keep working at no fee until they do. Once you're past it, $2,500/month + GST continues. No lock-in, either way. In exchange, we ask for a documented case study and honest testimonial if we deliver.
Why is the Foundation Program priced below market?
We're building our first dental case studies, and the honest way to do that is to carry the risk ourselves. The free first month, plus working free any month we don't hit your growth target, means we only get paid properly once we've delivered. In exchange, we get the right to document and publish the results. If we don't deliver, you don't pay for the months we didn't, nothing is owed for a testimonial, and you keep everything we built. Fair both ways.
What happens if you don't deliver results?
Then you don't pay. We carry the risk. We set your monthly growth target in month 1; from month 3, any month your qualified enquiries don't hit it, that month is free, we keep working at no fee until they do. If it becomes clear we can't move your numbers, either of us can end the engagement (no lock-in), you'll have paid only for the months we hit your growth target, you keep everything we built, and you're not asked for a testimonial.
How many Foundation Program spots are available?
We take on only a limited number of founding practices, one per service area, so we never compete against ourselves and every practice gets senior attention. Once those spots are filled, applications go on a waiting list. We recommend applying as early as possible.
What defines "results" at the end of the program?
In month 1 we set your monthly growth target, set with you from your current lead volume and growth potential, measured with call and form tracking. "Results" means a month's qualified new-patient enquiries hitting that target. A qualified enquiry is a genuine prospective patient who calls or submits a form or booking seeking treatment, it excludes spam, suppliers, job applicants, and existing patients. We gate on enquiries because that's what we control; converting them into booked appointments happens at your front desk, which we help equip but don't run. The target and definition are agreed in writing up front, so there's no ambiguity.
Services & Strategy
Do you work with all types of dental practices?
Yes, general dentistry, cosmetic dentistry, orthodontics, dental implants, and multi-disciplinary practices. Our approach is adapted to your treatment focus, patient demographic, and competitive landscape. The core methodology is the same; the execution is tailored.
What makes dental marketing different from other industries?
Google holds dental websites to a significantly higher standard than most industries, because a bad recommendation has real consequences for patients's health. Most digital agencies treat dental like a plumber or a café. They apply the same SEO tactics and wonder why nothing ranks. Our entire approach is built around what Google actually requires from a health business.
Do you manage the ad spend, or just the strategy?
Both. We manage the strategy, creative, targeting, and ongoing optimisation. The ad budget is paid directly by the practice to Google, it's not marked up through us. Our management fee covers the work, not the media cost.
How long before we see results from SEO?
Organic SEO typically shows meaningful movement within three to six months, with compounding growth from there. Paid campaigns (Google Ads) can produce results within the first two to four weeks. We're transparent about timelines and don't promise overnight rankings.
Do you write content, or does the practice need to?
We write all content as part of the engagement. Treatment pages, blog articles, location pages, all produced by us, reviewed against AHPRA advertising guidelines, and optimised for search. We may ask for clinical input to ensure accuracy, but the writing and SEO work is handled entirely by us.
This seems like a lot of work for a small team. How do you deliver it all?
Fair question. Dentist Growth is a specialist-led studio, not a large agency, and AI is the leverage that makes it possible. Drafting, technical audits, schema work, campaign reports, and optimisation analysis are all dramatically faster with the right tools. But here's the important part: every agency has AI now, and most use it the lazy way, generic content on autopilot with no customisation. We use it the opposite way. AI does the grunt work; the value is in steering it, probing, correcting what it misses, feeding it the right context, and judging what actually works in a real dental market. That judgement is human, and it's applied to every function. What it means for you: senior attention on every decision, not a junior account manager learning on your campaign, and no large office or account-management layers to subsidise.
What happens if you're sick, travelling, or stretched across other clients?
Campaigns are built to run without daily intervention. Google Ads are configured with bid strategies, scheduled rules, and negative keyword lists that maintain performance without someone watching the dashboard every morning. SEO deliverables are planned a month ahead, so a week away doesn't create a gap in your program. For communications: you'll always have a response within 24 hours on a working day, and anything urgent, a campaign issue, an AHPRA concern, a competitor move, can reach us directly. The honest answer to the stretched-across-clients question: we take on a deliberately small number of practices. That limit is what makes the model work. Your account isn't one of ninety.
Contracts & Pricing
What does the ongoing retainer include?
The retainer is $2,500/month + GST (from month 2, and free any month your enquiries don't hit your growth target). It covers the full bundle: SEO (content, link building, technical maintenance), Google Ads management, monthly reporting, and strategy. No lock-in. The ad budget is paid separately, directly to Google.
Is there a contract or minimum term?
No contracts. No minimum term. You can cancel with one month's notice at any time, for any reason. We believe this is how agency relationships should work, we earn the engagement every month.
Do you take on multiple dental practices in the same area?
We have an exclusivity policy for active clients. If you're a paying client, we won't take on a competing practice in your primary service area without your knowledge. We'll discuss this specifically during onboarding.
Are there any setup fees?
No setup fees. Month 1 of the Foundation Program is free, then it's $2,500/month + GST from month 2, and free any month your new-patient enquiries don't hit your growth target. No separate onboarding charge at any point.
Compliance & AHPRA
How do you handle AHPRA advertising guidelines?
Every piece of content we produce, including ad copy, landing pages, blog articles, and social posts, is reviewed against the current AHPRA Advertising Guidelines before publication. We're familiar with the specific restrictions that apply to dental practices: testimonial rules, before-and-after claims, outcome statements, and pricing claims.
Can you use patient testimonials in campaigns?
AHPRA has specific rules about patient testimonials. While testimonials aren't prohibited outright, they're subject to restrictions, particularly around implied treatment outcomes. We know how to use testimonials within the guidelines, and we'll advise you on what's permissible before including anything in your marketing.
What if AHPRA guidelines change?
We monitor updates to AHPRA's advertising guidance and adjust campaigns accordingly. If guidance changes in a way that affects active campaigns, we'll notify you immediately and implement required changes without delay.
